Masters Program
The Master of Biblical Studies (MABS) is designed for those who desire to enhance ministry effectiveness or teach Bible and ministry courses at the college level. Program objectives include (1) an overall knowledge of the Bible and (2) a core understanding of theology based on a biblical hermeneutic. In addition, students develop research and writing abilities and acquire skills in expository preaching/teaching. Entry into the MABS program requires a bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university with a minimum GPA of 2.5. Each MABS student must complete forty-eight credit hours and maintain a minimum overall GPA of 2.5. MABS students normally complete the degree in four years. They are grouped in cohorts, taking courses in seven-day modules twice per year.
