Though the main office of NTCGS is located in Lexington, North Carolina, the Lord has opened four locations for the purpose of training nationals. Beginning in Egypt in 2002, sites have been added in Jordan, Lebanon, and Uganda. Site coordinators at each location help facilitate the needs of the students and administrators.

Graduate classes are held in a modular format in Alexandria twice a year.
Undergraduate classes are held in Cairo in a traditional evening school format.
