Registrar’s Office

The Registrar’s Office of National Theological College and Graduate School exists to maintain and preserve the integrity of official academic records of each student and alumni.  Services provided by this office include academic record maintenance, degree evaluation, and transfer credit evaluation.  In addition, the office produces the NTCGS Catalog and assists with commencement.

To order a transcript, a student/former student must fill out and sign a Transcript Request Form and submit it to the Registrar’s Office.  Please include full legal name, student number, year of last attendance and signature.
