NTCGS is a member of two accrediting agencies: The Middle East and North Africa Association of Theological Education (MENATE), and the Asian Theological Association (ATA). Currently both MENATE and ATA have granted accreditation for the Master of Biblical Studies degree and Bachelor of Biblical Studies degree.
NTCGS is also authorized to grant degrees by the North Carolina board of education. These degree programs of study have been declared by the appropriate state authority exempt from the requirements for licensure under provisions of North Carolina General Statutes Section (G.S.) 116-15(d) for exemption from licensure with respect to religious education.
